Member of the Panel of Conciliators and Arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), Washington D.C., U.S.A. Former member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and Country Rapporteur for Romania. Professional Career: Dragos – Alexandru Sitaru has been judge at judicial courts in Bucharest (1975-1978) and professor at the Faculty of Law of Bucharest University (since 1978). He is author of two academic treatises and more than 40 monographs and articles in the field of International Commercial Law, Private International Law and Civil Law, edited in Romanian and English.
