Arbitration Experience: Practice exclusively in the field of arbitration initially as Partner in a prestigious Athens located Law Firm and as from 2006 as managing partner of the Law Office Dr. Anna P. Mantakou. ICC Court Member as from 2003. Considerable experience in construction (roadways, undersea channels, gas pipelines, electric power units, compression stations, petroleum units, airports’ maintenance etc) defense (submarines, electronic war, offsets ) energy (gas price revisions, competition in the gas sector, photovoltaic energy) gaming and wagering (greyhound races, casino administration, internet betting) competition (EU), sports (NBA, FIBA), shareholders’ agreements, concession agreements, litter administration and BIT cases. Over fifty arbitration cases as counsel, co arbitrator, president, expert witness, adjudicator, member of technical dispute resolution boards in ad hoc or under the ICC, LCIA, SCC, CAS, UNCITRAL, PCA, ICANN, SCC, ACC, RAE Rules
