She was trained as a Mediator in a joint program of  Facilit8 & A.K.K.E.D. “Prometheus” in December 2014, then admitted to the Ministry of Justice (June 2015).

Professional career: Avra Gargalakou, Attorney at Law, LL.M., has been dealing with legal issues in the field of energy investments since 2007. From the position of the Legal Advisor of Siemens-Gamesa Group in Greece (2007-2017), world leader in construction of wind turbines and licensing of wind projects, she was mainly involved in overcoming legal and regulatory obstacles in licensing, due diligence procedures, negotiations and agreements for the sale of wind farms. In June 2017, she joined the Legal Department of LAGIE S.A. Since June 2018, she is part of Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department of Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. (HEnEx SA.). Her main tasks involve corporate governance of EnEx Group Companies, compliance with corporate legislation, participation in European legal working groups for spot energy markets’ pan-european coupling and day-to-day legal support to the business departments of the Group. She is a member of Athens Bar Association since 2004, included in RAE’s list of arbitrators since 2012. She is a member of Hellenic Wind Energy Association since 2009.
