Training and experience in mediation:  Accredited mediator in civil and commercial cases by ADR Group UK (2011) and certified mediator by the Ministry of Justice (2012), with advanced training at the Mediation Institute (MATA), Harvard Negotiation Institute and the Center of Dispute Settlement in Washington DC.

Professional Career: Lila is a lawyer, a European Patent Attorney (1987), member of the Council and Board of the European Patent Institute – EPI (2003), as well as of the European Community Trade Mark Association – E.C.T.A (1989). She participates as a judge at the yearly international mediation competition of the ICC. Furthermore, she contributed to the collective work «The Variegated Landscape of Mediation» (Eleven International Publishing 2014). She was part of the work group of the Ministry of Justice on mediation and President of the Hellenic Society for the Protection of People with Disabilities of Thessaloniki (ELEPAP, 2002).
