Professional Career: Nicholas was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1986. He holds the position of General Counsel to the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (HDIGF/TEKE) since 1997. He is the Secretary of the Hellenic Association of Financial Law and a member of the Hellenic Association of Commercial Law. Nicholas has been a member of Legislative Committees for the reform of legislation on deposit insurance and resolution of credit institutions.
He has published papers and articles in various legal journals in the fields of civil substantive and procedural law, commercial law, capital markets law, as well as banking and deposit guarantee law.
